The African American Dance Ensemble -sure to Impress You!

 African Drumming at Academy

How many types of dances are there? ( tap, jazz, ballet, etc) These people sure

do know how to move incredibly.    Dancing and Drumming, they are a bunch of

talented individuals that can’t be overlooked. There they are

Chanting  and sending out musical vibes. They are

wearing the African colors, red, black and green.

Their pants are red with the green ruffles around them.

They used their chest to represent the black because

they are black people. They used black that way

instead of just wearing a black shirt. It looks like

a highly exciting gala (celebration). I wonder how

many calories are burned just doing these dances.

I love the rhythm, it’s upbeat like  a band. The whole

thing is so great it’s sure to capture and keep

attention!

500 Black men graduating Morehouse college (VIDEO for you to see on youtube)!

Attention over here to these BLack men. The graduating

of one level is the beginning of another. This is actually worthy of

media just like all the great things my Black people

do. I describe this moment as momentous.

We need more shows and media circulating

these moments. The 500 African American Men Graduating

are there and sing the Star Spangled Banner.

IT’s about achievement and togetherness.

To walk the stage and get the feeling that

you got something completed as big

as college feels so good,. Oh, I wish I
was a senior or already graduated.

I’ll get my 4 year degree. IT’ just takes

time. But anyways, these Black men

stand with pride about coming to the

end of this journey. The man announces

the graduating men. I’m happy for them.

SUlu Max Gro has toxic minerals in it! Yes, I know it makes the hair grow.

@ sga mtg...(hair lookin a lil rough lol)

Warning, Sulu Max gro does make the hair grow, but it has toxic ingredients.

One of the ingredients is mineral oil. Mineral oil may cause birth defects.

I hate this bad news. I’m sorry that that’s the way it is. This is where I found out:

http://www.originalsprout.com/harmful-ingredients.php

First, I will began talking about Shapley’s MTG, which was

a product tried on humans, black women mainly. But it was also said

on the bottle that Shapley’s MTG is made for HORSES. But it works

on humans. Dig this though, there’s another product just as

strong as MTG that is made for humans. IT was just recently

made. I can tell from the way the people talked about it

in the message boards, it was probably made in 2006, 2007, or 2008

but I’m thinking after 2005.

THen I want to let you

know about MTG is a product with sulfur in it. I’ve been hearing that at first

it was made for humans and then animals. It’s a product that makes the hair

grow.

A black woman on youtube has been using Shapley’s MTG

Jia has been using MTG fora while. She uses Shapley’s MTG,
which is a sulfur product. She shakesit up. Somebody requested her to do
a video on this hair product. She puts

the Shapley’s MTG. She says it smells

like bacon and bbq. She puts Shapley’s

MTG on the scalp each time she parts it.

Oh yes, they did use this kinda stuff

for horses. She shows a slight difference

in her hair after a week. Also, she uses

Jerry curl juice. Products like this are

a dream come true whether people already

have longer hair or medium length or short

hair. It works for her, but I don’t know

if it works for all people. Like some products

go swell for some people, but other products

may do annoying things. SOme people are ALLERGIC

to sulfur and some people may not be.

The product has sulfur. Another thing I

heard from somebody that grows hair is

sulfur 8. Again, Some products work

DIFFERENTLY for others. It depends

on the person.

NOw I will go into the newer version of Shapley’s MTG, which is called

SUlu Max Gro. IT is a deep hair as well as scalp oil. It is made for

a high amount of growth. IT can be described as healthy and

moisturizing. I’m really glad they came out with a human

form of the hair growth product. I have not tried it

but from the message boards, the people have been

posting positively about it like it’s the ultimate

hair experience.  THey been saying how it

grows one or 2 inches within a month or

something like that.

But again, make sure you not allergic to sulfur. There was only

one woman or 2 who’s hair fell out from the SHapley’s MTG, but I have not

heard that about the Sulu MAx Gro, the human form of hair growth product.

THat’s because I have not read alot of reviews on the SUlu Max Gro,

but it may be worth a try. Again even if it works for most people

it may not work for all or could make people allergic. It just depends

on the person. But the majority of experiences with Shapley’s

MTG are great so that makes me want to try the new version

SUlu Max Gro.

Our Black Health, A black woman named Alexyss helps us to Find out how your food is made and where it comes from!

green apple
This video is why health class needs to be

a required class in middle school, high school and college.

Just like we need to buy products we need to know math.

Just like we need to Know science because we breathe

our air. We definitely need to know our health. Science

class at my high school did not teach about health issues.

I think having a health class specifically will get people’s

attention. We need to eat and drink to live. So therefore

Health class should be a required class wherever it is

not. Watching the video Ask Alexyss, just makes me

think about how us Black people need health books.

You see what you eat, but you don’t always

know the food’s condition. Everything bad usually

comes in beautiful package decorated, dreamy,
fresh looking.

Alexyss even makes some points about

this in her video. She was talking a bout a green

apple that she did not eat because something was

wrong with. It did not look rotten on the outside

but it was something wrong on the inside of this apple.

Plus the texture gives away that something is wrong

with the apple. Find out what features of the apple

show it should NOt be in grocery stores. Then

reflect on how we need to be careful about what

we eat,.

There are greedy people in the world

all about making money and not caring about

your health. I’m surprised Alexyss did not say

that the store was sued for selling unfresh food.

But anyways, that’s what these people do for

money making food look fresh on the outside

to get you in, to get people to keep chewing

and buying and damaging themselves. It’s
almost like you have to investigate your

food. It’s not a fun process, people should

be able to pick up quality food, but with the

mind state of people being money hungry
we need to question what brand our food is,

where it’s coming from and even its price

if food prices go up. But I’m going to tell you this,
I was over a friend’s house and her mother told
me that diet drinks have an embalming ingredient
in them. Wow! I was so surprised, now comes
the expression “WAtch what you eat”, not ONLY
for weight loss, but so so much for your health.

Take action! Sign this form saying that protesters can protest for SEAN BELL at the National mall and don’t need any interference!

R.I.P SEAN BELL

The people in the city see that the people who

know and love Sean Bell are grieving because of his death.

Now,   foolish people want to say that protestors
should not march at the

National Mall because it will
damage the grass and natural resources.

Well, that’s got to be the dumbest thing because

their grass does NOT matter. IT was the life that

was taken that matters. THis is already an F”ed

up situation and they want to make their little

petty comments about grass.

               The protestors should be allowed

to protest wherever the heck they want to

protest. But in such horrible situations like

Sean Bell DYING, village idiots creep out

and open their mouth.
Do Sean Bell a favor even in his death,

please go sign the petition letting them know that this is

so ridiculous. Let them know what’s obvious, that these protesters

can protest anywhere, anyhow. This is your chance

to make a difference. I’ve already signed it and

included my information letting them know what’s up.
As soon as I saw the chance to voice my opinion on
this I hopped to it.

Take out the automatic message in the form
on that site below, and put in your own
message. Make it clear for them.
 THat’s what’s up. Thank you.

Mapapa Acrobats-African Acrobats at your screen!

 africans unite

Mapapa Acrobats are Black African Acrobats who were

born in Mombassa Kenya. They have performed in

Australia, China, Korea, Germany, France,

Italy and Spain. Their show’s length can get up to 60

minutes long. It’s what you would call circus acrobatics

with dance moves to African music. They’ve done

an NBA half time show booking and opened tours for

Monica, Blackstreet, etc.

IT is rare to see traditional arts and circus

skills done African style but they do it. Involved in their

show are conga lines, skipping, acrobatics, limbo,

handclapping and laughter. Mapapa Acrobats have

done shows for NFL, NHL, MLB, and WNBA teams

and starting the 1999 World Cup of Soccer and

thePan AM Games.

Oh, I want to let you know

that they have performed at more than 300 festivals

like Nickelodian’s Summer kickoff, Central Park,

Summerstage, the Music Midtown Festival in

Atlanta and more. In their pictures, they are so

high in air that they stand and form a chandelier

pose. They are standing on each other

making that specific image form.
My black people we are a team.  Dance
and other forms of entertainment unites
us as we work together.

Sean Bell, a 23 year old Black man gets shot 50 times by idiot racist officers!

                  dotskill

I swear the devil travels like the wind. He is in

motion and he use racist airheads to kill this black man.

If you have not heard of Sean Bell’s cause I’m

informing you now. If you have, this is a repeat

for you. ANyways Sean Bell was killed by 3

police officers (shady, stupid police officers who’s

job is to get criminals, not be one) But yet

they are more criminal than the criminals. Sean
Bell was shot with 50 bullets on the

same day of his wedding. So left behind are
his wife and baby.

This man was a 23 year old black man

killed after leaving a bachelor party. THe judge

let the officers off with no punishment.

The judge and officers will burn in hades.

I heard of the statement there is no rest

for the wicked, and so the officers and judge

will leave the life unrest and chaos cause

karma goes in the motion of merry go round.

Relatives of Sean Bell sued the city

and could lead to millions of dollars for

them. Yes, it definitely would be nice

for the city to feel the pain of having to

pay out money. We all know they don’t

want to give out money. But even more,

what if their families end up in the same

situation as they put this guy in? Then

what? That would be karma for them.

African Art Mosaic-Video tour of the art from UGanda

kuba, cloth, african, art, textile, mud, kente

THe people of Africa and the

can be described as what your mind’s

Eye’ sees and projected.
The African art is a broad variety of
things. Whether you’ve been to this place

or not someone records the beautiful

art. They are walking through the

museum for you. They are giving you

the guided tour.

There are mosaics of giraffe.
These images is created from

dried bananas fibers and cut into

tiny pieces and glued onto woods.

You will see mosaics of

a man playing basketball, huts,

woman twirling stick,etc. It’s basically

art of the everyday Black African life.

The picture of the elephants with their

trunks wrapped around each other

makes them look like they are kissing

elephants. Even the texture of the

mosaics look like needle like stitches.

The music they have doing this

tour spices up the tour as well.

Notice how art is mostly light and then

some shadow areas. It’s more of that

then just light all over.

The Black African man is drawn

in as warrior. There’s even real bananas

in the scene. That’s like a surprise twist.

I never seen real bananas in a museum.

So the bananas is considered the 3D. It’s

the exhibit everyone should experience,

with this African art. On the last note, this video

looks like a teaspoon of what you would

experience if you ACTUALLY go there.

beauty of Africa itself is art. Art

Part 2: Black Africans doing acrobats!

Africans singing

It’s one thing to do acrobats

but to move in an acrobatic way

without dropping the large bowl

is really saying volumes. THe guy

flips, and spins while holding

the bowl, not missing or skipping

a beat.

He’s kicking and catching

the bowl in air. It’s definitely

a beautiful craft. He’s spinning

the bowl like it’s a rim. The drumming

in the background that goes along with

the acrobat moves reminds me of

that movie Coming To AMerica with

Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall.

The particular scence in that movie is

where the black African women

do their AFrican dance, start

off from one side and end up on

the other side. Then pause. Then

the bride comes.

Black African boys doing Acrobats to the beat!

africans

 African beats swarm the

air like butterflies. The sounds

bring out the energy in you. This

one young black boy flip back in the

motion of a wheel. Ya’ll know what

kinda wheel rides they have at the carnival,

that kinda wheel.

Then this little young

black boy omes in flipping around and

around and it is too cute. It was

fabulous, plus I had to laugh out

loud because it looked like the little

boy did not want to stop. His parents

came and got him so somebody else

had their chance. Groovy.

The boys stand

on top of the shoulders forming a straight

line and then bounce back down. They

even used a certain method where

they did the jump rope body motion

WITHOUT a jump rope.If you enjoy

viewing spectacular things this will

definitely live up to your

expectations. I’m always eager to

see what my BLACK people come up

with. I’m always so pleased.
