African Herbs from the wise and wonderful BLack Africans

African Singing and Drumming

Well, there are times when
people get sick. Being sick is horrible
we already know. As soon as people get
sick they want the illness to be gone,
like colds for instance.

Here is what our Black Africans

do to cure illness. The African Zulu

people use the leaves of a plant to

treat chest ailments. THe Hobedu

put crumpled lea inside the nose to

fight colds. Ah, to the colds take that.

Knockout.

THe XHOsa used the leaf

and stem with milk or even water to

end colds and bronchial illness.

Tawana could be used to treat

pimples, sprains etc. The seeds of

the Cumin was used to soothe toothaches

people get. Also, for those pregnant

women, they can use it to stimulate the

mother’s breast milk flow. IT calms,

it relaxes. It does what’s great for the

baby.

Basil could be used to help

with those migraines and fevers.

Well, these medicines

of the Black Africans take care of people’s

needs. This is a perfect example of problem

and SOLUTION.
